Terms of Use

The Application is a family management tool that allows you to organize shopping, calendar, homework, household chores, and benefit from an AI family assistant.

The Application is available on iOS and Android. A user account is required to access features. Registration is done via Azure Entra External ID (Microsoft authentication).

A demo mode allows you to explore the Application without creating an account.

The Application offers paid subscriptions:

• Premium: access to all features (monthly or yearly)

• Coco+: additional AI credits for the Coco assistant (monthly or yearly)

Payments are handled through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Renewal and cancellation conditions are those of the respective platforms.

Prices include applicable taxes and may be modified. Any current subscription remains at the subscribed rate until renewal.

The Application, its content, design, and source code are the exclusive property of SmartAILabs. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use is prohibited.

The Publisher strives to keep the Application accessible and functional. However:

• The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of error-free operation

• The Publisher shall not be held liable for indirect damages

• Suggestions from the AI assistant Coco are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice (medical, nutritional, educational, etc.)

• The Publisher is not responsible for interruptions related to maintenance or third-party services (Azure, Apple, Google)

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you accept this processing.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be informed of any substantial modification. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Application shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
