How do I create an account?
Download Mental Loadless from the App Store or Google Play, then create your account with your email or sign in with your Apple/Google account.
How do I invite my family?
In the app, go to Settings > Family > Invite a member. Send the invitation link via email or message.
How does the AI assistant Coco work?
Coco understands your requests in natural language. Just say "add milk to shopping" or "schedule dentist Tuesday" and Coco takes care of it. AI credits vary by plan.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted in France on certified Azure servers. We comply with GDPR and COPPA. No data is sold to third parties.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your store settings > Subscriptions > Mental Loadless > Cancel.
Is the app free?
Yes, Mental Loadless offers a complete free plan with shared shopping, family calendar, homework tracking, and household chores. Premium plans add the Coco AI and advanced features.
How many members can join my family?
Up to 6 members can join the same family space, regardless of your plan.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings > Account > Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
